This morning I was kind of a hot mess. Kids got up way too early, hubs was at a business breakfast, and the kitchen was a mess from the night before.
I loaded the kids up to head to the gym for some much needed me time. At drop off, the workers told me they were only going to be there for 10 more minutes so I dashed out quickly leaving Big H crying. A couple minutes later a sweet worker found me and told me I could work out until 11. Bless. Her. Heart! So thankfuk for the extra time and for other mommas recognizing that self-care is important.
Also- this is a delish quick and guilt free meal from Trader Joes!
