Some ways I used my fringe hours.. Lunch for me. Both kids down for naps and rather than start right into my to do list I made myself lunch. It was yummy. Sorry I was to hungry to wait to take pic- upper body challenge group I’m in is super fun. I took advantage of a small amount of time in the morning to quick do the exercises and mark done to that on my list. And the gym. I had an hour and a half that I could have and most of the time would have wasted but instead I got my butt to the gym and worked out. I felt so good! #fringehours more on my blog. #linkinprofile.
