I’ve spent the month of March learning lots about time management and being reminded that the true source of inspiration is found from within; you just have to give yourself time to reflect upon and feed your passions.
From a young age and through university I was an athlete. I loved sports and being physically active. After I joined the working world, becoming a Mama and then a business owner I let this passion fade into the background, mostly due to what I believed were time constraints.
No more friends, I’m reclaiming time to make this passion happen as a way to feed my soul.
When you make and spend time doing the things you love that is where breakthroughs happen and where amazing begins.
