For my listening pleasure today: #TheFringeHours by @jessicanturner. I’ve been seeing this book on my feed for a couple of weeks now and decided to put it on my wish list. I’m only a couple of chapters in and she has my full attention. Self-care is such a struggle for me because I can always come up with 10 other things that seem far more important than carving out some time for myself. There is so much pressure to do the daily balancing act of everything on my plate without collapsing from exhaustion. Most of the time, I don’t even think there is a such thing as balance when it comes to juggling work, home, kids, friends, church, etc. This is such timely advice. #SelfCare #AudioBook #Audible #fringehours
